Canada Lake Store & Marine is hiring for full time Marina Coordinator position. This full-time position’s primary duties will be on the Marina side of our business and will also have some roles with the General Store.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Most can be trained, but familiarity with computers is a plus.
- Good communication skills with customers and fellow employees
- Customer service skills.
- Organized and motivated
Primary Duties:
- Customer Service. The Marina Coordinator is the point of contact for all Marina customers (Answering the phones and responding to emails)
- Work List and Scheduling. Maintain Marina work list and work order scheduling
- Billing and Payments. Using our point-of-sale software to create and send out invoices and quotes for customers as well as process payments.
- Ordering / Receiving. Daily ordering of marina parts and supplies from our vendors. Creating Purchase Orders and checking in orders when they arrive.
- Inventory management. Keeping track of inventory and organization of stocked items.
