Marina Coordinator

Canada Lake Store & Marine is looking for a hard-working self-starter looking for a full-time career opportunity. 

Canada Lake Store & Marine is hiring for full time Marina Coordinator position. This full-time position’s primary duties will be on the Marina side of our business and will also have some roles with the General Store.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Most can be trained, but familiarity with computers is a plus.
  • Good communication skills with customers and fellow employees
  • Customer service skills.
  • Organized and motivated

Primary Duties:

  • Customer Service. The Marina Coordinator is the point of contact for all Marina customers (Answering the phones and responding to emails)
  • Work List and Scheduling. Maintain Marina work list and work order scheduling
  • Billing and Payments. Using our point-of-sale software to create and send out invoices and quotes for customers as well as process payments.
  • Ordering / Receiving. Daily ordering of marina parts and supplies from our vendors. Creating Purchase Orders and checking in orders when they arrive.
  • Inventory management. Keeping track of inventory and organization of stocked items.

Wages:

Starting wage for Marina Coordinator is $20/hr and can be negotiated based on experience.
