Terms and Conditions

All rentals must be used on Canada Lake (except SUPs, local lakes only. Delivery available for fee.

Prices DO NOT include the gas you use. Renter will start out with a full tank of gas, and pay for gas used.

Operator must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license.

Water-skiing, wake boarding, or tubing is NOT allowed behind rental boats.

A credit/debit card is required to make a reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

The reservation holds the boat for you and your rental time.  You may check in up to a half hour early to ensure maximum time on the lake.

Cancellations for a full refund must be made no later than 24 hours in advance (by 9am day before rental.) NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bad weather or early returns DO NOT affect rental rates. No partial refunds for unused time. In the event of extreme weather conditions, another date during the current season will be offered if available.

Renter understands the weight capacity and person capacity of the rental boat.  If over capacity, renter must upgrade to accommodate all persons in party.  If no upgrades available, renter will forfeit  reservation with no refund.

$20 per 30 minutes will be charged for late returns.

Renter will be charged for any damages incurred to the boat or motor & a cleaning fee will be accessed if additional cleaning is necessary upon return.

Due to limited parking, renters are asked to carpool if possible, reducing the number of vehicles in parking lot.  A $20 parking fee will be added to rental for each additional vehicle above the allowed (24ft:3 vehicles, 16-20ft:2, all others:1)
